The heart chakra is such an important chakra. It is the center of our energy system and when it is balanced it allows us to open up to the higher chakras.

As an empath or highly sensitive person, we constantly go back and forth between feeling loved and unloved. It sometimes feel as though it is a constant battle of convincing ourselves that we are truly loved, which we are.
