Violet Flame-Chakra Meditation
To remove negativity from your chakra system.
Find a comfortable position without laying down.
Once in that position, close your eyes and begin focusing on your breathing.
Slowly breath in… and notice the presence of your feet and your toes.
Slowly breath out… and notice the tension within your feet and toes release.
Slowly breath in… and notice the presence of your hips, buttocks, hands and wrists.
Slowly breath out… and notice the tension in your hips, buttocks, hands and wrists release.
Slowly breath in… and notice the presence of your neck and shoulders.
Slowly breath out… and notice the tension in your neck and shoulders release.
Slowly breath in… notice your brow and your eyes.
Slowly breath out… and notice the tension in your brow and your eyes release.
Now that your body is relaxed…
Envision a beautiful, warm, loving violet flame in spots you feel comfortable with around your body.
They make you feel steady and secure. They are there to protect you.
Now, feel within you, your chakras.
Starting with the Root chakra at the base of your spine. You see a flower. What color is that flower? Investigate it. How light or deep is that color? How does this flower make you feel?
If you feel a negativity, visualize your finger pointing downward towards that spot above that area on your body. Now rotate your hand and finger over your body as if you are swirling a grey mist like tornado up and out of your body. Pull up as you do so and then pull it out and fling the grey mist into one of the violet flames around you.
If you feel positivity, visualize the flower twirling in happiness watching it open and then slightly close.
Now we’re moving to the Sacral chakra between the base of your spine and your belly button. You see a flower. What color is that flower? Investigate it. How light or deep is that color? How does this flower make you feel?
If you feel a negativity, visualize your finger pointing downward towards that spot above that area on your body. Now rotate your hand and finger over your body as if you are swirling a grey mist like tornado up and out of your body. Pull up as you do so and then pull it out and fling the grey mist into one of the violet flames around you.
If you feel positivity, visualize the flower twirling in happiness watching it open and then slightly close.
Now we’re moving to the Solar Plexus chakra centered between the belly button and your heart. You see a flower. What color is that flower? Investigate it. How light or deep is that color? How does this flower make you feel?
If you feel a negativity, visualize your finger pointing downward towards that spot above that area on your body. Now rotate your hand and finger over your body as if you are swirling a grey mist like tornado up and out of your body. Pull up as you do so and then pull it out and fling the grey mist into one of the violet flames around you.

Now we’re moving to the Heart chakra nestled within the heart. You see a flower. What color is that flower? Investigate it. How light or deep is that color? How does this flower make you feel?

Now we’re moving to the Throat chakra nestled at the base of your neck in the center. You see a flower. What color is that flower? Investigate it. How light or deep is that color? How does this flower make you feel?

Now rotate your hand and finger over your body as if you are swirling a grey mist like tornado up and out of your body. Pull up as you do so and then pull it out and fling the grey mist into one of the violet flames around you.

Now we’re moving to the Brow or Third Eye chakra in the center of your forehead just above the eyes. You see a flower. What color is that flower? Investigate it. How light or deep is that color? How does this flower make you feel?

Now rotate your hand and finger over your body as if you are swirling a grey mist like tornado up and out of your body. Now we’re moving to the Crown chakra just above the top of your head. You see a flower. What color is that flower? Investigate it. How light or deep is that color? How does this flower make you feel?
If you feel a negativity, visualize your finger pointing downward towards that spot above that area on your body. Now rotate your hand and finger over your body as if you are swirling a grey mist like tornado up and out of your body. Pull up as you do so and then pull it out and fling the grey mist into one of the violet flames around you.
If you feel positivity, visualize the flower twirling in happiness watching it open and then slightly close.
Now take a deep breath and release it gently.
Bring focus to your feet. Feel them securely set to the ground with a little bit of weight in them.
Release the flames around you without letting go of the secure feeling.
When you’re ready… open your eyes
