Our Throat Chakra is our Communication Center. It is the hub of communication between our mind and body so let’s find some crystals and stones to help keep this hub healthy. If this chakra is not healthy, our mind and body have a hard time communicating and the lower chakras will not be able to release information in the forms of creativity, needs, emotions, and expressing love.
